The camp will include training sessions with a mix of fundamental and situational training. Campers are split into groups based on age and then are adjusted accordingly to skill level. This camp will enable young athletes to become more dynamic attackers by learning advanced techniques. Setting skills include footwork, hand release, dump attack along with lots of strategy for running an offense. Attacker skills addressed include footwork, arm swing mechanics, positional breakdown, eye-sequencing, transition offense and offensive/blocking systems.
